Over the past 30 years, 3PM S.A. has provided technical support to some of the largest national companies, such as REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, Portugal Telecom, EPAL, EDP, Metro de Lisboa, Avis, Efacec, União Portuguese Banks, among others, and more recently in Metro Transportes do Sul and CarrisBus, which allowed us to acquire extensive experience not only in the area of IT systems maintenance, but also in the industrial and transport areas.
We adapt our maintenance services according to the intended objective and according to the needs and requirements of each Client. The maintenance activity offered by 3PM focuses mainly on the maintenance of power electronics and industrial control and automation, areas in which the optimization of life cycle costs and longevity in the performance of its functions are fundamental.
It´s goal is to maintain the equipments operational for the longest period possible, in the best possible conditions and thus reduce the probability of failure of equipment or services.
They have the same goal of preventive, but through a process that predicts the lifetime of the components of machinery and equipment and the conditions to maximize their lifetime and thus would reduce the likelihood of breakdowns, maintenance costs and consequently increase productivity.
It focuses in particular on solving machinery or equipment’s’ breakdowns after they happen in the agreed time period with the Client, in order to minimize the losses inherent to it.
